Welcome to Learn 'In to Live Again (LILA). We are a community-based organization focusing on the rehabilitation and job training of citizens living in Maryland.
Many areas in Baltimore City and surrounding counties are distressed. People who are doubly affected by social issues are citizens released from Maryland prisons who cannot find a way to rejoin society. We exist to bridge that gap.

To develop life-changing social skills and prepare clients for employment, self-pride, and community leadership.
LILA is a voluntary program designed to help citizens who desire to change their lives. Participants commit to strict supervision and a one-year roadmap to success.
Weeks 1-2
Intake, assessment of employment/housing needs, and goal setting.

Adjustment to structure, initial coursework, and behavioral health assessments.

Vocational workshops, computer literacy, and 'Attire for Hire' seminars.

Ongoing mentorship, alumni peer coaching, and social reintegration.

Our holistic approach addresses the root causes of recidivism through a wide range of support services.
Providing housing referrals and acquiring homes for residents to ensure stability.
Resume writing, 'Attire for Hire' seminars, and computer technology training.
Behavioral/psychological health services, anger management, and 'Learning to Live Socially'.
Graduates become peer coaches, fostering self-pride and community leadership.
Specialized resources for veterans reintegrating into civilian life in Baltimore.
GED referrals, financial management, and critical thinking workshops.
